We send 6 steers for processing each month to a USDA Federally Inspected facility. 
We work closely with Crescent Meats to process every each steer to its fullest potential.
All of our cattle are raised in a friendly, stress-free environment on our family farm and consume a high-quality forage-based diet. 
This along with being hormone and antibiotic free allows for the best quality meat!
